Amphianthus Hertwig, 1882

Amphianthus is a genus of cnidarians in the family Amphianthidae. They are carnivores. They have asexual reproduction and sexual reproduction.

These small sea anemones can be found attached to the stems of gorgonian corals, hydroids and worm tubes, wraps around the tubular, organic, stems of its host.
