Balanophyllia (Balanophyllia) bonaespei van der Horst, 1938

These small cup coral lives solitary,but often also in groups (5-150 m depht).Tentacles are bright coloured.Balanophyllia can be found sub tidal and under darker overhangs on reefs,often in caves.
