Very special thanks for the first two photos of Oculina virgosa to Ian Skipworth, NeW Zealand, where this coral is found at Poor Knights Islands and Three Kings Islands.
This corals seems to be azooxanthellate, it has found almost always on overhanging rock faces in a depth range form 25 to 67 meters.
