Our Story

In March of 2020, fitness as we knew it came to a screeching halt. We quickly realized it was time to get some equipment, get outside and get creative. That’s when the “Summer Workout Series” was born: A boombox, and as much equipment as we could find and fit in the back of a pickup truck. Before we realized it, SWS became a thing. A community of good people who refused to let their circumstances interfere with their goals.

What’s changed? Not much.

RELOAD builds on this foundation. The principle that when sh*t hits the fan, you get up, learn from it, and try again: react, respond, RELOAD. We embody this in our programming. It will be hard and intense, with purpose.

About Us

For those of you that we haven’t met, we are Hannah and John Ludden. Married fitness junkies hanging on to any shred of athleticism that we have left from our college years. Experienced in group exercise and athletic performance, we believe in a diverse programming approach. Our workouts are typically designed with three elements in mind: strength training, aerobic conditioning, and true high intensity interval training. Our movements are prescribed with intent from the warm up, to the rest periods. When we aren’t dishing out pain at RELOAD, you can find us out on the trails with our two Ridgebacks, Eddie & Hank.
