Ken Goldman is a Board Member of the Société L’Avenir at RIDGE-LANE LP.

Mr. Goldman is the President of Hillspire, a dedicated family office for Eric Schmidt, responsible for financial and administrative functions, including portfolio’s for investment, real estate, aviation and maritime activities.

He is the former Chief Financial Officer of Yahoo!, responsible for their global financial planning and analysis, controllership, tax, treasury and investor relations. Prior, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Fortinet, Inc. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Siebel Systems, Inc.

Mr. Goldman has served on the Board of Directors for ~40 corporations, of which more than 10 have gone public while he was a board member. He currently serves on the board of directors of NXP Semiconductor, Trinet, RingCentral, Zuora, GoPro, Inc.

He serves or has served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Cornell University, Harvard Business School California Research Center Advisory Board, the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board’s (PCAOB’s), and the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council (FASAC).

Mr. Goldman holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
