Lance Smith started his Real Estate career in 2019 when he joined his wife Victoria Smith to start their family business in Real Estate. They have been married 20 years and have 6 amazing kids and 3 crazy dogs. When Lance is not working on his real estate business, he operates his own food truck where he specializes in delicious smash burgers. Lance is a native of Central Georgia and recently located to the Summerville area. Being a retired army veteran, Lance specializes in assisting military families with relocation.
