Garage Sale Permits

A permit is required to hold a Garage Sale. Prior to issuing a Garage Sale Permit, the individual conducting the sale shall file an application with the Borough Clerk at least 5 days in advance of the proposed sale. There is an administrative processing fee of $5.00 for the issuance of a permit. Click to review the Garage Sale Ordinance.
