MSC.Software Corp. (MSCS) on Thursday announced the election of Sam Auriemma as the company's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. The company's former Chief Financial Officer, John Laskey, would retire from the position he has held since October 2004. Auriemma would begin his tenure at MSC on April 16, 2007.
Most recently, Auriemma was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of FileNet Corporation. Prior to FileNet, Auriemma was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Wonderware Corporation.
