Comarco, Inc. (CMRO) announced the appointment of Winston Hickman as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Hickman replaces Daniel Lutz, former Executive Vice President and CFO, who resigned from his position effective April 4 to pursue other interests.
Previously, Hickman has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Ashworth, Inc. (ASHW), Remec Inc. (RMEC.PK), Paradigm Wireless Systems, Inc., Pacific Scientific Co. and Amerinet Financial Systems.
Further, the company said it promoted Alisha Charlton to the position of Vice President and Corporate Controller.
