Three Kings Day is celebrated worldwide on Jan. 6, the 12th day of Christmas, as the day the Three Wise Men brought gifts to baby Jesus. Called Día de Reyes in Mexico and other Spanish-speaking nations, the festivities include eating a traditional bread called rosca de Reyes. Every Día de Reyes is about gifts and time gathering with your loved ones, eating and enjoying the rosca or roscón for dessert.
Anyone can partake in this fun celebration of cutting into the Rosca de Reyes; you don’t need to be of the Christian faith to partake in the festivities.
