Cheesy Ham and Spinach Sandwiches

These grilled cheeses bake in the oven, so there’s no need to cook them one by one in a pan. Serve them with tomato soup for the ultimate cozy dinner.

Ingredients

> 1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed
> Cooking spray
> 8 King's Hawaiian Original Hawaiian sweet rolls
> 1/2 lb thinly sliced deli ham 
> 1/4 cup fresh basil
> 1 (6 oz) pkg Nature's Promise® Organic Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
> 3 cups Nature's Promise® Tomato Basil Soup

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Squeeze the spinach dry. Spray the bottom of a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray. Split the rolls and arrange the bottoms in baking dish. Top with the ham, then the spinach, basil, and cheese. Bake 8 min., until cheese melts.

Meanwhile, heat the soup according to package directions. Place tops of rolls on top of cheese. Bake 2 min., until tops are toasted. Serve sandwiches with the soup.
