Peru 2000 Fish List

elow is a list of species caught and recorded on our collecting trip to Peru on the Amazon near Iquitos, also the Rio Nanay and Rio Orosa during the week of 16th-22nd July 2000. It has to be noted that the vast majority of these fish were caught , identified to genera/species and returned to the same waters that they were collected from.
