    Finance Department of Oyu Tolgoi LLC, a mining company conducting extensive exploration and project development in Mongolia, is accepting applications for (one) Accounting Staff Translator position based in UB Applicants must demonstrate excellent work ethics and possess the following qualifications: Essential Qualifications:

    Graduate in Finance and/or Accounting Fluency in English and Mongolian Languages. Ability to translate financial terms in Mongolian Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications,

    Desirable Job Requirements / Training:


    Ability to work in a teamwork atmosphere Ability to multi task and work under pressure and meet deadline. Ability to work well with people from different backgrounds. Experience in translation

    Duties and responsibilities:

    To translate transaction details of G/L file generated by ellipse via Business Object report as accurate and clear as possible in an accounting/financial perspective. (70%) To retain the integrity of the original report provided and to do according to the instruction of the Chief Accountant or designated person on her behalf. The translated G/L is solely for the purpose of Mongolian tax audit. To assist in gathering supporting documents as required by Mongolian tax, SOX and external auditors during an audit To do accounting job as maybe assigned from time to time as a reliever. assist in the filing and other administrative requirements of the finance team
