The 3M stone chip protection water-based / with structure is a 100 per cent solvent-free stone chip protection with a high-quality appearance. It offers effective protection against stone chipping and weather-related corrosion damage to wheel arches, front and rear skirts, side skirts and mudguards. It is also suitable for creating cosmetic seam seals. A colour change indicates complete drying. A maximum heat input of 40 °C to 45 °C accelerates the drying process considerably. Immediately after this colour change and up to 72 hours afterwards, you can paint over the stone chip protection with a water-based paint. Priming or even intermediate sanding is not necessary. It is available in the colours black and grey.
