Pro The CS 130 exudes confidence without being cocky. It retains the geometry of the pure-blooded Race Tech Ti models that Bode and Hermann have used, but Atomic says it has expanded the inner cavity a smidgen to soften the boot’s vicelike grip. Maybe so, but testers still found the fit as tight as a Chinese finger trap and the flex as stout as a pint of Guinness.
