Definition of fever
Fever is a complicated pathological process characterized
by regulated elevation of body temperature following the
increased Set Point, which is caused by pyrogenic
substances.
Usually 0.5 higher℃ than normal body temperature.
There is no impairment in the thermoregulatory
mechanism during fever.

Definition of fever Fever is a complicated pathological process characterized by regulated elevation of body temperature following the increased Set Point, which is caused by pyrogenic substances.
