A supernova is a stellar explosion that occurs at the end of a star s lifetime. It is one of the largest
and most energetic explosions in space (S1). A supernova can briefly outshine an entire galaxyand
radiate more energy than our sun will in its lifetime. That is about same brightness of 10 million
suns (S2). Supernovae happen about every 50 years in a galaxy about the size of the Milky Way,
which could be about every second in our universe (S3). Supernovae can happen in two ways
depending on the mass of the star; Type I or Type II.
A Type I supernova happens when the star steals matter from a neighbor until a nuclear reaction
ignites. Type I supernovae are generally thought to come from white dwarf stars only in binary

Further, performance measures should be explicitly linked via a strategy map of hypothesized cause
and effect relationships that depict the firm s strategy (Kaplan and Norton 2000; 2004).
Improvements in measures of organizational capabilities are expected to drive improvements in the
execution of internal processes which in turn lead to customer and financial outcomes. In this way,
the balanced scorecard framework explicitly recognizes interrelationships between strategy specific
measures of financial and customer outcomes and inputoriented performance drivers related to the
firm s internal processes and organizational capabilities. However, managers must formulate
strategies, and select related objectives and measures, based on exante expectations about how the
strategy will translate into financial performance. Thus, the strategic objectives and performance
measures chosen for an organization s scorecard are often based on uncertain hypotheses about how

bordered by Syria and Lebanon to the north, Egypt to the southwest, and Jordan to the east.
Jerusalem is the capitol and the largest city in Israel. It is considered by many faiths to be the
holiest city in the world. A lot of people think that United Nations were the one who gave birth to
Israel, however in reality the United Nations General Assembly recommended the creation of the
Jewish state as part of Palestine. Many events in the Jewish history gave purpose to create Israel.
The most important were Zionismand Holocaust, as well as end of the Second World War, where
French and British have their influence on Arab world. Genocide of the European Jewswas at the
horror point and led to the demand for the Jewish State. The process of the creation of Israel
started with the Zionism movement that was happening in 1897 and ended in May of 1948.
Theodor Herzl was the founder of political Zionism movement. He published a book called The
Jewish State where he was describing modern society, in which Jewish people would be able to
live in peace. Later on, Congress proposed the idea to establish home for Jewish people in
Palestine, it was promised under the international law.
