1.Early Morning – 凌晨
starts about 2 hours before the sun comes up until around 6:00 AM
2.Dawn – 黎明
when the sun rises
3.Morning –上午
from sunrise until 12 noon
4.Noon – 正午
12:00 PM
5.Early Afternoon – 午后
from noon till around 2 or so
6.Afternoon – 下午
noon until 5
7.Late Afternoon – 黄昏
from 4:00 PM till about 6:00 PM
8.Dusk / twilight – 日暮
the time just after the sun has set, but before it gets dark
9.Early Evening – 傍晚
between 5：00 PM and 7：00 PM
10.Evening – 晚上
from 5 or 6 till about 10
11.Late Evening – 前夜
9:00 PM until midnight
12.Night – 夜里（多指晚上10点以后）
from sunset, after it gets dark, until sunrise
13.Midnight – 午夜
12:00 AM
14.Middle of the night – 半夜
from around 2 am until maybe 4 am

晚饭究竟是"dinner"还是"s upper"
1.Dinner：正餐；晚宴
牛津英语词典： the main meal of the day, eaten either in the middle of the day or in the evening.
通过对于"dinner"的英文释义可以发现，其实它既可以指午餐也可以指晚餐。
所以，当你中午在某地吃着丰盛的午餐的时候，其实你就是在吃"dinner"。
2.Supper：晚餐; 夜宵
牛津英语词典： An evening meal, typically a light or informal one.
由词典的解释可见，"supper"才是“晚饭”的正解。
需要注意的是，柯林斯英语词典对"supper"还给出了这样的解释： Supper is a simple meal eaten just before you go to bed at night.
也就是说"supper"还相当于我们睡觉前吃的“夜宵”。
然而，关于"dinner"与"supper"的区别，不仅仅是在于时间和所吃食物，它们也存在地域的使用差异。
比如在美国，更为常用的是"dinner"；而在加拿大，更为常用的却是"supper"。
