Farm Fresh Black Angus Beef, top quality and aged to peefection! This is for our 1/4 beef package! Our 1/4 packages are essentially a half beef split in 2 parts so you will recieve half of a half beef. This gives you all of the cuts rather than say a front quarter or a rear quarter where you may have to make the hard choice of one cut or the other. This is one of our most popular packages due to cost and freezer space requirements!

Roasts (3-4 lbs each)
Shoulder roast- 2 Packages
Chuck roast- 3 packages
Sirloin tip roast- 1 packages
Rump roast- 1 package
Eye of round roast - 1 packages
Steaks (standard is 3/4" thick, 2 per package)
NY strip - 5-6 steaks
Filet Mignon - 5-6 steaks
Rib eye - 6-8 steaks
Flank steak - 1 steaks
Round steak (on a quarter, half are tenderized) 5-6 steaks
Sirloin - 3-4 steaks
Ground beef:
You will receive approximately 35 lbs of ground beef. The beef is packaged in 1 lb vacuum sealed packages.

A quarter share will take up approximately 4.5 cubic feet of space in your freezer!
