How often do you see a Rumba for Piano Solo? Here’s something different.

Definitely has that Latin flavor: the gentle syncopation will have you swaying like the leaves of the Cuban Palm trees.

Written in the key of C minor and in a “A-B-A” form. The “A” section features an “ear worm” like melody that makes you feel like a dancer. The Left hand accompaniment enjoys a Latin style Bass line and hovers around 5ths and Octaves. For a contrasting “B” section, the rhythm still focuses on the “3 + 3 + 2” feel, but now is more chord like.
