  • 1.  DLP end point flex response error on incidents

    Hi Guyz,

    i have create response rule of removable encryption storage.when i moved any confidential data against policy.it is not decrypting and it shows an error flex error. i am attaching snap shot of this error. i create plugin fiule as per symantec admin guide.but i dont know why this error it shows. i need your assistance on this issue.

    Might be worth checking C:\Program Files\Manufacturer\Endpoint Agent\Operationlogs\FlexResponse0.log (Its encrypted and we might need to decrypt it using the logdump tool)

    it means python script is working fine.actually i am stuck at this issue and i am not finding resolution.so can you help me on this issue
