Description
This product is designed to make report writing more efficient by providing a template for reporting BASC-3 scores on your psychoeducational report. It includes a description of the testing battery, a chart which can be edited to include your scores, and a sample narrative. It includes a template for reports that include a parent, teacher, and self-report as well as a template for reports that include a parent and teacher ratings only. Because it is offered through Google Doc format, it can be edited to fit your style.
Directions: You will receive the Google Docs link to the template after purchase. You can copy and paste the template into your report. Then, add your scores to the chart and modify the narrative section.
