Millie Bobby Brown has never been afraid to get real, especially when it comes to her skin. The Stranger Things star and Florence by Mills founder occasionally deals with acne because, yes, celebrities really are just like us, and she's not afraid to show it off on the internet.

Millie Bobby Brown just shared two new photos, including a new makeup-free selfie that showed off her acne, and anyone who has ever dealt with a bad breakout can totally relate to how she's feeling. In the first mirror selfie pic, she's glammed up with a shimmery, glittery eye and black eyeliner, but in the second, she's completely bare-faced with a handful of zits on her forehead and cheeks. Hey, we've all been there! Sometimes, your skin just does its own thing despite your best intentions, even when you're super famous. That's what concealer is for, and eventually, all acne will fade away, even if it feels like you're fighting it forever.

Fans loved Brown's filter-free selfie and could absolutely relate. "Love how you show off your acne. It is normal and okay to get breakouts," wrote one. "She makes me feel so comfortable to have acne. I feel almost empowered and confident in my face bc I've learned that it truly is normal," wrote another.

This isn't the first time Brown has been honest and open about her battle with acne. In March, she filmed an entire acne-centric video while dealing with a "rough" patch of zits. Given that she owns her own skin care and beauty company, she uses a lot of Florence by Mills products to calm the inflammation and help heal angry acne. In fact, Brown said she founded the line to help customers feel good in their own skin. "I think it's important to remember that it was a key element in starting the brand to uplift my customers and uplift their self-esteem, which is something that can really [be lacking], especially, in Generation Z and, and specifically girls," she told Teen Vogue in early 2022. “That's always been really a big number-one, top-priority goal.”

Back in 2018, Brown joked that she named one zit in particular after her friend and Stranger Things costar Sadie Sink. We love celebrities who can laugh at themselves.
