Our founder Jan Stenbeck always challenged what others seldom dared to challenge, and reinvented customers' wishes and needs. He was on a mission to break new grounds, to think and act new, and to always be one step ahead. We are proud that our company is built on the courage and strength to challenge things that others take for granted. And we are driven by an absolute belief that things can always be done better.

Our Way of Working

At Tele2, we believe in the power of people. We believe that coming together unleashes the full potential in all of us and builds an ever-stronger sense of team and belonging. Resulting benefits are a thriving culture with increased collaboration, engagement and well-being.

We want all our colleagues to meet at the office minimum three days per week, preferably more. We believe that meeting up in person helps to increase energy, boost innovation and creativity and thereby we become stronger at solving things together. It also helps to meet up when we want to care for, and look after, each others' wellbeing.
