María Paula Arredondo joined the Tero Training Team in 2022. A professional in Social Communication and Journalism, with postgraduate studies in Marketing Management, Maria originally hails from Colombia and settled in the United States 2022. María’s experience as a professional has been related with the internal communication process into different organizations, human talent management and consulting services accompanying organizations to achieve transformation processes, organizational culture consolidation through internal values, and social responsibility. She has complimented her training with courses in Storytelling, Health Communications, and Social Media Management.

For more than 10 years, María has led the processes of internal communication, public relations and human resources and began working as a consultant in 2018 for companies from different industries. María previously worked with health companies on a project called "Humanization of Medicine'' in which the main objective is to give a more humane meaning to the medical profession and the relationship between patients and health personnel, working on internal communication, culture change and leadership development.

María is passionate about working with people in training processes that impact their results.

In her free time María enjoys playing with her daughters and spending time with her family. She loves to spend a lot of time at sea and travel to know different places and cultures.
