Rihanna, 36, was spotted while heading to a meeting in Santa Monica, shortly after announcing Fenty Beauty would soon be available in China.
The beauty mogul was seen rocking a casual look consisting of an oversized shirt with a matching blazer, which was paired with baggy jeans.
Her new hairstyle, however, caught the attention of fans as she swapped out her usual dark locks for the bright blonde color.
The short haircut featured choppy layers that fell above her shoulders and around her ears.

Some fans took to Reddit to joke that the Diamonds singer's new look made her look like a "Karen."
Karen is a slang term that is typically used to describe a middle-aged white woman who is excessively demanding, especially in public settings.
"Rhianna would like to speak with your manager! I could get used to it though..." one person wrote in the thread.
"It’s giving Florida Woman," a second added.

Rihanna's recent baggy outfit could also be another clue toward a potential pregnancy.
Fans have suspected the Love on the Brain is expecting again after noticing numerous clues over the past few weeks.
Rihanna already shares two children with boyfriend A$AP Rocky: RZA and Riot, who were born between 2022 and 2023.
In early March, fans believed the Grammy-winning artist was pregnant during a performance in India, where she sang at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's pre-wedding party.
