Stamina Boosting Foods

Fatigue or feeling of weariness, tiredness, or lack of energy can be a sign of a deficiency in one or more key nutrients. For example, lack of vitamin B12 in the diet can cause fatigue. This is because vitamin B12 is needed to produce an adequate amount of healthy red blood cells, which are responsible for moving iron around your body. Vitamin B12 deficiency means fewer red blood cells and that could lead to lack of energy. Nutrient deficiencies can occur when you cut out major food groups, which can provide our bodies with the most beneficial nutrients. Consuming more food with very little nutritional value, such as processed foods and soda, may also lead to nutrient deficiencies that in turn can cause fatigue. Not Taking Enough Protein

Elastin, collagen, and keratin are a few proteins that make up your Nails, Hair and Skin. You could have dry skin, brittle hair, and fingernail ridges when your body cannot produce them. Of course, other factors could be at play, but your diet is one to consider. To improve the condition, you should focus on a protein-rich diet to help build back the collagen.
