Who is Polly Walker?
Polly Walker is an English actress who was born on 19 May 1966 in Lancashire.
She originally wanted to become a dancer, graduating from the Ballet Rambert School in Twickenham.
However, she had to abandon her ambition after sustaining a leg injury at the age of 18.
She then moved from the Drama Centre in London to the Royal Shakespeare Company and began her career as an actress.

Polly has starred in films including Enchanted April, Patriot Games, Sliver, Restoration, The Gambler, Clash of the Titans and Savage Messiah.
Her TV credits include Paranoid, Line of Duty, The Syndicate, Mr Selfridge, Prisoners Wives and Rome.
She is set to play Bel, a homemaker who takes over her family's salon, in Age Before Beauty on BBC One later this month.

Age Before Beauty starts Tuesday, July 31, on BBC One at 9pm.
