A tower block in Moscow that contains Russian government offices was damaged by a drone for the second time in three days, in a further suspected Ukrainian strike close to the Kremlin.

An adviser to President Zelensky said Russia should expect more drone attacks and “more war” after the strike on the city’s business district, which was condemned as a “terrorist attack” by President Putin’s regime.

The building that was hit is known as the “IQ quarter” and houses the ministry of economic development, the digital ministry and the ministry of industry and trade. Footage of the aftermath showed that a section of its glass façade, high above the ground, had been destroyed by the impact.
