This program NEVER fixed my problems

This program NEVER fixed my problems, it just created a lot of them. I swear this program thinks EVERYTHING is malware and treats them as such. It never fixedf what I wanted to fix and has made some of my other programs unusable. Use this at your own risk. It's not worth what they charge for it.

Wonderful help

Well I was very upset that I didn't hear from the company soon. The next morning I tried again and they NOT only fixed the issue with getting the program to work properly they fixed my printer and worked on Windows. WOW I did not know that there was so much to do. I would never could have done it myself. More than likely would have just gone and bought a new computer.

What more can I say BUT THANK YOU.

Love it, Just love it!

Back about 2 and half years ago, I purchased computer debugging software from Outbyte.com. I first, purchased their pc repair software, and was amazed how well it worked. I cruise the web on many different sites, and the software keeps my pc clean and free of clutter. I would later purchase, Outbyte's file updater, and once again, this program is to awesome to mention. I have always said, that if you start a company, hire good people to work for you and treat them as good as you can because it's those people that will make or break your bisness. The folks at Outbyte.com are incredible, they have tech support and it's offered with the software when you sign up. But, so far, I havn't had to use it, the software is that good. I pay a small fee every month, and it's really not that high for the confidence I have in these folks. This company sends out surveys ever now and then, and I'm happy to fill these out. If I have a problem, and put it on that survey, they are all over it, assisting me to get it corrected. Hands down, it's some of the best software I've ever used. I salute Outbyte.com and the people that work for them. They are making a difference.

Excellent Tech Support

I was very frustrated when I tried to install and utilize the software. This morning (April 6th) I set time aside first thing to get tech support.

The person who assisted me remotely completed everything and most importantly worked well with me during the step by step process.

I am most impressed with the thoroughness of the help I received. When I asked how I could share my appreciation, the tech person even brought up the page for me to write this review. AWESOME! A very sound investment,

NO NO NO Does nothing but scan and then pop ups…

Does nothing but scan and then pop ups continually trying to sell it's sister product to remove the issues. Not what they advertised, does nothing to fix. Windows can perform the same scans for free, it advertises that it repairs and fixes and does not unless you "add on" that product separately. Scammers. The chat bot is always there to remind you to purchase the "fix" not transparent at all. Did nothing but tell me the scan founds these items wrong an d dangerous. Windows Defender is the same, for free. Find something else that is an all inclusive package as there are many available. Affiliated with Avmor, skip them and get a reputable company that is upfront. Also, make sure to cancel prior to 90 days.

Until I came across OutByte my computer…

Until I came across OutByte my computer was running bad and I had used all type of utilities, but until I discovered OutByte my computer have been like new and now I have no worry of any problem when This program keep me updated on the heart of my computer system. It was easy to install and run with easy and it keep my computer updated at all time from my computer running bad. At a great price and easy to use and easy on my computer system. It a great product and the company stand by its product and service and always by your side after becoming a User.

No sound in or out

A newly-bought PC was, after some days of trouble-free operation, showing no speakers/microphone installed, though they were. Very frustrating since I use Zoom regularly. Simon and Nick (I think) must have spent a good hour between them working on the innards of my machine to solve the problem. I'm so grateful for their patience and expertise. Thank you!

I was trying to figure out how to load…

I was trying to figure out how to load a scanner on my computer when I noticed this ad in the corner. I was skeptical at first but the young man was very nice and it only took him 10 minutes to fix the problem. Most importantly, he was very nice.

Trickery

1. Advertised with a discount. When I proceeded, I was charged the full amount. 2. There was a file that I could not delete, which was why I bought Outbyte. Outbyte could not delete the file. 3. The system constantly pushes other items that must be paid for. I have now removed Outbyte from my PC.

After using Outbyte driver updater my touch pad stopped working, my blue tooth speaker would no longer connect, and I had number of blue screen incidents. I have wasted time trying to fix and am now told I have to go back to Windows 10 to fix! Time is money and this program has wasted plenty
