I wanted to be sure that i getting everything in time so ordered express handling. The package should be here on Wednesday, today is Friday, no package. The customer service guy started to explain to me why it is ok and basically wanted to proven to a customer that the customer wrong and he is right. He started a debate with me. Terrible service, never order again and I will be sure that Im going to tell it to everyone in my podcast.

The service I received did not live up to my expectations. Partyking and the courier put the responsibility on one another of the failure to deliver. No apologies from either.
They knew I needed the delivery at a certain time as I had spoken to them on the phone but did not bother to call.

I ordered the double trouble twins for halloween. Super scary and fun. A few pieces were missing but they handled that like a boss and we found a solution. Wont be the last time i shop here :)

The products were ordered and despite having the confirmation and tracking number we did not received the package. It was only until we contact them to inform about this that the package was on its way. Due to the nature of the products, the party passed and we were left with nothing to decorate this special day. The package is now at the post office and it will be returned. We are still expecting to get our money back withing the time they have told us.

Bad Service

My order has not arrived, so I called customer service. The man on the other end recommended that I should get my order cancelled and purchase a new. The only important thing he left out was that one of my orders were not available anymore. So unprofessional and stupid of him to suggest anything. I do not think these people know anything about service and how to handle customers. Not a place I need to use anymore energy!
