Good quality, designs and lifetime warranty

Quality and designs were unique even though I’ve had some of their chains break. Fortunately the lifetime warranty is real and they replaced it no issues. Never had any problems with their rings though, those are so sick.

Even cleaner in person

Looks so much better in person. Solid design and really well built. I was never into pearls but this piece may have changed my mind. Going to get a matching bracelet next.

A bit of a wait but worth it

I placed an order for a necklace thinking it would arrive in 5 days as it says on the website. 2 weeks later it still hadn't arrived, so I reached out to their support. Seems they were having some stock issues and offered a discount on my order. It arrived a week later and honestly I couldn't be happier with the pendant. It's a shame there's such a wait for it.

Gold necklace

Bought a gold necklace for my sons 20th. It arrived just days before, and it was packaged really well. The quality was great and it feels heavy. My son loved it! Great place for jewelry

Scam

Scam. You will never receive your products, they will email you a confirmation that your items have shipped but there will be no tracking, the items will never come. Reporting to BBB and will charge back advise everyone not to order from this company and do the same

High Quality Jewelry

I was waiting for the Touch of god ring to be restocked and I immediately bought it once it did. The packaging is amazing an the ring was worth the wait. Definitely recommend!

Very slow and nothing after ten days

Was told I had shipping info but was never given it. Then waited ten days for customer service to give shipping info or update my order. Never did so I cancelled my order.

Amazing

Frustrating experience

I was initially very interested in the product I purchased - despite reading some reviews about processing times, lack of tracking, etc. Gasper advertises on their website that it will take 1-3 business days to process shipping and provide a tracking number, even though I received an email the day of saying that the item had “shipped.” I reached out after a couple business days to verify, and was told it was still processing. On the 5th business day, I contacted again asking for a tracking number or update to the status of my order, as shipping assured the item in 2-5 business days. On the 6th business day, I received a response saying that the item is actually out of stock due to “recent huge demand” and was given the option to cancel and refund which I requested and hope will be processed in a timelier manner. However, this seems to be a trend with this company, as those were the very red flags that other reviewers highlighted - in that I’ve read multiple reviews of people discussing radio silence from this company about shipping their item, and the response back from Gasper is typically that it is ‘due to huge demand.’ If this is truly the case, then Gasper needs to be transparent with its customers, instead of continuing to advertise and offer all of these discounts and deals for its jewelry. They need to put out a statement, explaining HOW they plan to meet this demand, instead of continuing to hide behind the answer. They also need to update their shipping policy to be honest about the fact that you are very unlikely to see your item shipped on time, nor will you be provided a tracking number. This was a very frustrating experience, and Gasper needs to do better if they want to survive.

Great ring!

I’ve been looking for this specific ring for months. The one I bought is exactly what I was looking for my husband. The quality is perfect and delivery was quick!

Never received items and ghosted

I ordered items from them and never received then. I attempted to make contact with them a they never got back to me until I called me credit card company to do a charge back. Then they finally responded saying they would send the items once the charge back was removed.

When I removed the chargeback I tried to get in contact with them again only to given silence again and still no product. This place is a scam to take your money.

Products good, worth the wait

There were some problems with shipping but customer service has generally been fairly responsive and the products were high quality and looked really good.

Great affordable jewelry

Great pieces at an affordable price. Purchased a few items from gasper. After a year of constant wear my chain broke and because it is backed by lifetime warranty, I emailed them about the issue. Sent a pic over of the damage and they sent a replacement within 3 days. Quick and reliable service, very pleased.

Found gasper.co through and Instagram…

Found gasper.co through and Instagram ad and thought I’d check it out. Was a little skeptical at first but turns out I was worried for nothing. Didn’t run into any issues. I ended up receiving my package on the expected delivery day. I purchased 3 chains and a gold pendant and am pretty happy with the quality. Will likely do more shopping there in the future.
