Very helpful people but they turn keys over to my new vechile all dirty inside and had to put gas it was empty so drove to the first gas station and first car wash !!!

This place is beyond amazing. Mr Nunez and ishmael were great. Tricolor and their employees Need A+ Ratings. Most helpful people in car business. Tricolor in Fort Worth TX 4500 South freeway is the best place to go if you need a car right now. When I say Rosa is good at what she do I watched her help me and three other people at the same time with a smile on her face and got the job done I didn't even have to stay in there all day make sure when you go to try to shop with Rosa Thank You!!!

This is an awesome car lot, I love that they go out of their way to make sure that you leave off their lot with a car guaranteed. This dealership is so hard to deal with if you have your own insurance and renewals every 6 months like mine. I had to call and spend hours so they could verify the insurance I had and take off what they tried to charge me. I then finally pay off truck and now have to go pick up title at location of truck purchase. Days later I get a call buyer and co signer have to pick up title WTH! I’m thinking to get you in there to buy another one! No thank you just send the darn title to address registration on file.

I was very nervous buying a car by myself, but Alma made sure I was comfortable and made sure I understood everything. She was very warming and inviting. Alma walked me through every step and I walked out of that place with a car that I wanted for me and my family. Sales person was too pushy, didn’t really care about our needs, just cared about her sales commission. She lied, she said they had already put gas in the vehicle when I requested a full tank. The car had just arrived, therefore it was very dirty exterior & specially interior, when I requested a full detail, she said they don’t do that. She said only a regular exterior wash, but the porter had not arrived yet, it was almost 3pm, we arrived at 9am, there was no way we were going to keep waiting for a regular wash!
