I have also lost money on this platform... I just hope the people responsible will be brought to justice. They stole money from thousands of people despite having a "buy back guarantee on their site". A lot of people lost their savings... Disgusting...

This is a scam.
I have "buyback guaranteed" money that has not been refunded since 2020.
I invested in dozens of projects, with different platforms, on different countries, each with a guarantee.
Three years laters, my money is still "pending" and I've no hope to recover it one day.

No news from the company since going out of business! Thousands of investors have been waiting for the remaining investment funds to be paid out for 3 years. Neither the management nor the apparently incompetent and corrupt authorities of the country where Grupeer is based manage to initiate proper insolvency proceedings under European law and to inform and pay off the investors. And such countries want to join the EU !!

I would advise prospective traders to exercise caution before making this platform their first choice. They have an underwhelming system, and their customer service representatives are unresponsive when it comes to resolving problems. I requested a withdrawal two weeks ago, and after sending multiple emails, I have not received a response. I was compelled to seek help and switch all of my investment plans to “calmo “shub” as a consequence, a reliable website I can recommend to any investors.

I lost more than two thousand euros, all my savings! I wrote them several times saying I was begging for money to survive. I starved some times. My father needed a surgery and I couldn't help him, which was terrible shameful for me. I got their answers explaining it was not their fault! Incredible! The human being never ceases to amaze me: they stole me and even said it was not their fault! How dare Grupeer!

I don't trust this company, it was a scam from the start
For more than one year, they have my money blocked.
Grupeer does not repay the investors, despite their so called "commitment" to resolve the problems.
They have stopped updating/communicating on their situation since March 2021.

I have been a trusty investor for many years now and invested a lot of money into Grupeer which were my life's savings. I haven't been able to withdraw any of my money for almost three years now and extremely disappointed and it has affected my life in the worst way. I trusted this platform a lot before but now my bad experience has changed my whole opinion. Contacted Grupeer many times and got simple and automated answers without resolve. Still my money is frozen in Grupeer and I'm unable to reach my life's savings. This is utterly disgusting and inhumane to say the least. People work and sweat to make something of their lives only for a scam to take it all away from them. Be careful whom you trust your money with because you might have the right intentions but rarely does another person have the same. Morals do not exist within this company.

But Trustpilot is just as much as a mess with all these spammers on trustpilot trying to get your personal data. "Oh my lawyer Jamesbond at 007 com got me my money back"

1 star, because negative amount is unavailable. Grupeer has my money and isn't paying back - despite buyback garantee. This is impossible as a company in any sort of business. Most likely, it is also illegal.

In July 2021, I sent a message asking support what happened with the withdrawal page. When you confirm the withdrawal, nothing happens. Also, I couldn't manage ongoing loans, everything seems locked.
At that time the warning message on the page was:
"Currently withdrawals are not available as Grupeer's bank accounts are frozen. We are working to update AML & Risk procedures with the banks, as well as all investors are required to update their KYC questionnaire. As soon as we will resolve the issue, we will inform you."
And the support answer was:
"Thank you for your message.
Yes, unfortunately, we are not able to estimate a specific timeline for this.
Kind regards,
Grupeer Support Team"
I'm surprised they locked the withdrawal option. Most of the people's money is hijacked in their platform.
Don't put your money there within the next years, if possible.

After the breakdown in 2020, the last communication via blog was dated March 2021. A few days ago, the blogs disappeared from the site.
Do not invest with them!

Invested in the site and didn't get (at least) my invested money, much less the interest. Can't even withdraw the little amount I have not invested.
No update on Grupeer situation for more than half an year.

It takes more than a year to try 1st to solve a problem with 4 credits, and 2nd, to withdraw my money and it is never possible.
Really, the worst P2P platform I have come across, and where its Support does not provide any solution.
Much should improve to change my opinion about them.
