Withdrawal option is blocked
In July 2021, I sent a message asking support what happened with the withdrawal page. When you confirm the withdrawal, nothing happens. Also, I couldn't manage ongoing loans, everything seems locked.
At that time the warning message on the page was:
"Currently withdrawals are not available as Grupeer's bank accounts are frozen. We are working to update AML & Risk procedures with the banks, as well as all investors are required to update their KYC questionnaire. As soon as we will resolve the issue, we will inform you."
And the support answer was:
"Thank you for your message.
Yes, unfortunately, we are not able to estimate a specific timeline for this.
Kind regards,
Grupeer Support Team"
I'm surprised they locked the withdrawal option. Most of the people's money is hijacked in their platform.
Don't put your money there within the next years, if possible.
