The Minnesota State Fair’s Lama Costume Contest pitted 4Hers and their llama or alpaca partners from across the state, gussied up in complementary costumes and parading through the Fair’s Compeer Arena on Wednesday.

The Fair folks are quick to remind us that “lama” is the genus for both llamas and alpacas.
