Smell and taste

This fine sparkling wine delights the nose with spicy notes of dried figs and almonds, accompanied by a scent of marzipan, honey and fine French pastries, so-called millefeuilles. The nosing is rounded off with stimulating citrus and spicy notes.
The palate is seduced with fruity aromas of ripe mangoes, boiled bitter oranges and white vermouth, combining with the complex aroma to create a sensual experience with intense density and a silky texture.

Production

The Pommery Royal Blue Sky (1.5 liters) with a yellow sheen has a lively perlage that makes you look forward to the first sip and is a clear sign of the quality of a good champagne.Royal Blue Sky is based on a balanced blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay in equal parts. A dosage of 38 grams of sugar per liter corresponds to a demi-sec and is natural for champagnes that are enjoyed with ice cubes.

Tasting

We recommend that you enjoy this champagne as a summer drink: In a bulbous glass, such as a red wine glass, with ice cubes, this sparkling wine can be enjoyed nobly. It goes well with tapas and other finger food. In the 1.5 liter bottle, it is perfect for a summer party!
