'Spy Kids' star Alexa Vega gets engaged

Alexa Vega shared her own good news via Instagram, when she posted a picture of Carlos Pena with the caption: "Hello, fiance."

The Spy Kids star, 25, (she played Carmen Cortez) is engaged to Big Time Rush singer Carlos Pena, 24.

Dating since late 2012, it appears the musician popped the question during a romantic road trip, reports JustJared.com.

It'll be the second marriage for the actress, who was wed to producer Sean Covel for two years. They split last year.
