French model Tina Kunakey and actor Vincent Cassel have officially tied the knot! The ceremony was held in France’s Basque country, in a coastal village called Bidart, Elle France reports. Bidart is just south of Kunakey’s hometown of Biarritz. Famous guests included Blue is the Warmest Color actress Adele Exarchopoulos and the artist JR.
Kunakey was beaming after the ceremony, wearing a custom Vera Wang wedding dress in light ivory with a hand draped French tulle bodice and flowing tulle skirt. “When a French film icon weds a ravishing extraordinary beauty, voila!” Wang tells Vogue. “This gown is all about youth, charm, and couture draping with a voluminous ballskirt.” The groom embodied French summer cool in a linen suit over an unbuttoned lavender shirt.
While he’s long been a star in France, American audiences might know Cassel as the ballet director in Black Swan (he’s known for playing nuanced villains). Kunakey has walked the runway for Gaultier and starred in campaigns for L’Oreal. The couple were featured together on the latest cover of Vanity Fair Italia.

In a recent interview with the New York Times, Cassel—who was previously married to Monica Bellucci—considered the age difference between himself and Kunakey, and the fact that, as a man, he has “this ability to start a new life.” “It’s not always fair. I’m 52 and I’m getting married with a 21-year-old girl.” Still, he says, “I’m very much in love and sure we are going to make babies.”
