Newly built holiday home from 2018 near the beach of the bay of the seaside village of Magazzini. Located in the midst of olive groves, surrounded by greenery with a completely fenced garden, the house has a third bedroom with separate entrance and a fantastic view from the covered terrace which extends over the sea to the port city of Portoferraio. The slightly hilly area is characterized by olive groves and villas. Magazzini is a former fishing village and swimming opportunities. Activities nearby: Elba is not only a true paradise for water sports enthusiasts, but also highly recommended for cycling enthusiasts. In the hilly area the roads wind with fantastic panoramic views of the countless bays with crystal clear water. Highlights: 1 bottle of wine on arrival. Traumhaus

Das moderne Haus liegt in ruhiger, grüner Lage umgeben von Olivenbäumen und ländlicher Umgebung. Man hat aus allen Zimmern und von der Terrasse aus einen wunderschönen Blick auf Hügel, das Meer und Portoferraio, abends auf den Sternenhimmel. Absolut erholsam. Unsere Kinder haben den Garten sehr genossen. Trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto schnell beim Supermarkt, dem Strand und in Nachbarorten. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Übergabe war sehr freundlich und persönlich.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful house

Stunning, modern, versatile property with spacious terrace and garden. The owners live next door, so communication (both in english and german) was easy and fast. Beautiful view across the Portoferraio bay with added sunset. Would recommend to anyone!
