I love this  tablet,  it is big enough to watch YouTube and movies comfortably and to do homework. I am happy with the keyboard and picture quality.  I would recommend this tablet to anyone.

Very satisfied with item

Ok for a student in the 6th - 9th grade. If you're a tech major or into photography this is NOT for you. Very basic, affordable, functioning laptop. Screen resolution is not full HD. Horrible camera. Speakers are very low quality.

Perfect for student don't buy if you're a geek.

Nice computer but almost every time I would use the touchpad to scroll the screen would shrink. Customer service was very nice and we tried to correct this issue, but it couldn't be fixed. It's a shame because otherwise it was a good fit for me.

Issues

So slow!!!! I had the smaller version of this computer at work and it worked great. I had to return that computer and decided to buy the larger size for myself. It is not nearly as fast as the previous one I had. It is slow. I get so frustrated every time I try to cut this computer on and do anything. I wish I had returned it after the 30 days. Now I'm stuck with this piece of crap.

Slow as molasses

I bought a new laptop and there is evidence that this is not new. I was ok over looking the slight scuff mark but the frequent freezing is a no no. I am still waiting to hear back from seller. Will update $600 bucks is alit fir me but was willing to pay for something new

Old passing off for new

Wonderful 17.3" display and 1 tb drive.
Unfortunately, the contrast is very low, the colors are washed out, distorted.  Setting adjustments. don't help at all - useless for photo editing.

Too good to be true ...

SLOW!  We bought this computer for our daughter who was returning to school after taking a year off.  We wanted to give her the tools to succeed.  She didn't use this computer for the first 30 days that we owned it because school had not started yet.  This computer has been slow since the day she tried to use it.  We tried cleaning it up (even though it was brand new) and making sure it was all up to date.  Still very slow.  Very Disappointed!  Looking for a new computer.

SLOW! Buyer beware

Purchased 2 laptops. HDML ports defected on both. Two Acer technicians could not help. I am a Computer Science professor with a Master Degree in Computer Science. In short, I teach students how to troubleshoot computers. Getting another brand.
