Only have the computer for one day. And I can't get it to come on.

Don't Buy from them all the things they sale come broken and they are slow to refund people I sent my computer over a week ago and they still haven't refunded me

The keyboard keys are extremely tough and you have to push really hard for some of them to work. I got this laptop for work which involves a lot of typing on my end, but because of how hard you have to hit each button it becomes very inefficient and the old laptop I was replacing with this works better. There were also scratches on the MacBook itself as well as some screen damage on the bezels

Keyboard not working, screen damaged

First thing , the product is delay , and fedex policy is so bad and never trust then 
Second …  The seller just say , the product was delivery and they dont have more responsibility about my order because i cant found my order , but im asking for my neighbors he take because am travel other places for one week  
And then , i open the item , so he put a ticket and the keyboard is like the photo

Not Recommend

Laptop couldn't hold any software or perform any action. Kept restarting whenever I try to copy files to it. 
Appearance was good and looked clean with just a few bumps on the edges.

Seems faulty

This WAS suppose to be a Christmas gift until I opened it. It is awful.  Messed up keys barely work on it.  Black rubber part is almost completely off to shut it. It is not “like new”  at all! So disappointing that I spent all that money to buy a beat up laptop.

laptop came broken with a faulty flickering touchbar and the battery didnt even last a second smh. the worst ive ever bought! the systen was upgraded from i5 to i7 thats a bonus but still didnt felt pleased. for a refurbished laptop it was a old throwned down machine... and it could have had a better price knowing it wasn't working. seller you could have done better!
