This film had a lot of action, suspense and battle scenes that I really enjoyed. I also think this remake of "Battlestar Galactica" was better than the original series and both the series remake and films had great casts and storylines that were very entertaining and exciting.

Nifty history of the Cylon's "plan" in Battlestar Galactica. Too many spoilers to go into detail here. If you loved the series, you will need this DVD to fill in some of the plot holes left behind. Definitely recommended.

The movie arrived at my home in a timely manner, but the inside centerpiece that secures the disc in place was broken and it was flopping back and forth. Luckily, the disc was not scratched and I had a blank case to keep it in. This also happened with another order last year. In future, I may order dvd's from online, but only from site to store so if the case is broken again, I can arrange for return or exchange.

I read the reviews before buying The Plan, knowing full well what other reviewers were saying. So I didn't enter into it with high expectations. But, being a huge BSG fan, my collection would have been incomplete without it. That said, I purchased The Plan, watched it, and came away unsettled. I say unsettled because, frankly, I didn't know what to think. Nothing revealed that we didn't already know or could figure out. Took me a while to digest how I felt about it. The Plan is OK. Yes, it's disjointed and jerky, jumps around but that's to be expected given what this film is. Would a non-BSGer be able to follow it? Not at all. Would a BSG loyalist enjoy it? Probably, provided your standards aren't too high. Me? I'm lukewarm to it.
