With this dough, we prepare Chapati (unleavened flat bread). Please see the attached image for Chapti. I am a diabetic and I found the glycemic rate of this dough is very slow and regular. My sugar levels did not increase as rapidly as some of the other dough we used earlier. The taste is very good. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

the product itself is fine but Walmart needs to work on how they package items. Both bags of flour were busted open and flour was all over everything in the box and on my front step, At the very least walmart should of put the bags in plastic which they've done before but this isn't the first time I've gotten a box like this so its something Walmart needs to work on

The flour tastes good but the delivery was not good at all .Two of my wheat flours were broken and the flour dust are everywhere in the box.

I purchased this 5 pound whole wheat flour that got shipped all over the upper midwest. By the time it got to me today the flour bag was torn and there was flour all over the place. What I understand the damage was done by the shipping company. I am so disappointed. According to Walmart I will be credited. I am giving this experience less than a 1 star. How can UPS tear open a boxed bag of flour?! Mishandling! Poor service y'all!

Since the pandemic, I have always ordered flour from Walmart, appreciated that they have it on stock and no price increase. This is the first time, the flour arrived like this! One pack totally broken in half! The other two packages have small openings . I had to throw half of them away!

King Arthur is always the best, but the packaging?

Bag is ripped in multiple places. Flour has spilled throughout the bag. Not a fun mess!

Horrible seller sent a bag that was ripped open and shoved into a box with flour leaking out everywhere. No responses from them either.

Its hard to know whether or not this is a good quality product, as the packaging was totally destroyed and the flour was unusable (see photo). Now I have to waste time (and money?) figuring out how to get a refund. I would imagine the cost of postage on 10 pounds of flour is nearly as much as the cost of the flour itself.  I should have just gone without until the pandemic was over and I can shop normally again.
