The PNY 16GB USB flash drive was recognized immediately by my Windows 10 laptop. I received 3 USB flash drives. I'm using one flash drive for picture storage. I love that the USB flash drive has a cover to slide the flash drive into it. It's great that it's for USB 2.0. However, it works in my non USB 2.0 port too.

USB Flash Drive

Even though the flash drives are usb 2.0, they load quickly, transfer files with ease. There is no preparation needed for them as they come pre-formatted. They come with a preinstalled connection cover so there is no small cap to worry about. They are great for storing sensitive information on such as medical records, tax documents, etc. A word of caution however, if you store sensitive information on them, keep them in a secure place.

Easy to Use, Great Product!

There are 3 of them in this package. I have been attaching one of the flash drives to my keychain, which is very convenient. For 16gb capacity, it is quite smaller than I thought. It does what it supposed to do without any problem so far. I am happy with my flash drive!

I like them!

I received the PNY 32GB Attache USB 2.0 Flash Drive 3 Pack and it's perfect for storing things electronically, or just using them for back up storing in case something where to happen to your company computer and/or home computer! The sliding collar design protects your important content when not in use! It's very light weight so you could carry it with you on a keychain or put it in a safe spot to remember. It is compatible with most PC and Mac lab tops, or even desk computers! You can get these drives in many different GB storages, I got 34BG, but it comes in 16GB, 34GB, 64GB, and more! I used one of mine for a backup to my wedding photos. Something that I never want to get lost! I recommend this product for anyone who is looking to have a secure way to back things up electronically!

Flash drives

This is the time of year I always stock up on flash drives to back up my computer documents and files. I use these very often to take documents with me when I am away from home and these flash drives are perfect for transferring and working from other locations.
I love the size and the easy usage and you can't beat having a set of them ready to go at any time. This is a great brand and they work perfectly. I have never had any issues with these stalling out or freezing on me. Perfect for students or working from home too.
I highly recommend this pack up of flash drives.

These USB flash drives work great. They're small enough to put on my key chain or hook inside my purse. 32GB is a lot of storage so I can keep my data with me wherever I go. The read/write speed is fast, with little delay. I can even encrypt the drive so if it gets lost, nobody can read the data. I love these little USB drives.

Perfect size

This three pack of PNY flash drives holds 32 gigabytes each which means i can store any of the data i need to from my computer. i plan to use one of the flash drives to store the many many recipes i have stored on my laptop and they will still be handy and easy to retrieve. They are also great for backing up essential files. i also plan to download files that i dont want to delete but dont need daily access to. These flash drives will allow me to organize and speed up my laptop by not having to store information i dont need all the time. they are also great for transferring information. I like that they come with a protective cap that fits over the usb. PNY flash drives are very high quality and easy to use .

great capacity!

PROS: retractable to carry in pocket without damage
CONS: retractable lock is weak

The locking tabs for the retractable function are weak, so one of the outer shells pulled right off. Care must be taken to prevent pulling it apart. If pulled apart, it has to be jiggled to get the USB connector through the slot when putting it back into the shell.

It was initially formatted as FAT32, so the first thing I had to do was reformat to NTFS formatting so I could upload a file larger than 4GB. When used in a desktop with USB 2.0 rating, it uploaded at a throughput rate of 5.7 MB/s, and downloaded at 28.7 MB/s, which is typical of USB 2.0 thumb drives.

The bubble pack is somewhat weak on the top. The picture shows that the outer edges of the pack on the top was slightly crushed, because it was mailed in a loose bubble folder. It seems a bit strange that the most critical mechanical part of the packing is the weakest and thinnest of the whole package. Elsewhere the bubble pack was thick and strong (see picture).

Works as advertised

I requested the PNY 16 GB Flash drive USB 2.0 3-pack to use with my HP Realtree laptop with Windows 10. I back up my documents and photos on a regular basis because I have had several computer crashes in the past and lost multiple files and photos. I also run a small business so it's important to keep my sales records, customer information, and product databases safe. 
These flash drives are easy to use by just inserting them into the USB port in the computer. The computer recognized the flash drive immediately and it shows up on my computer as USB20FD (D:). I then chose the files and photos that I wanted to move onto the flash drive and transferred them by just clicking on them and dragging them directly over the (D:) icon. I found that I could also use the right click on the mouse to copy the files and then paste the copy onto the flash drive. When finished, I simply pulled the flash drive out of the USB port and pushed the USB insert inward into its protective case. 
These flash drives are very easy to use, hold a lot documents and photos, and I still had 14+ GB of space on one flash drive plus 2 more in the package.

Easy to use flash drives with Windows 10

So I'm very familiar with USB Flash Drives. I own and have used many with different designs and features. Usually, I can easily open the pack and quickly begin to use the device. I opened the package and pulled and the USB drive came apart and I assumed it was a separate drive/cover situation. When I did the same thing to the next drive, it wouldn't open. I then pushed instead of pulled and the USB pops out the other end. 

So then, it was apparent the device wasn't supposed to be in two parts. Two of the 3 drives easily pulled apart, and on top of that, was hard to push open the correct way. One drive didn't come apart at all and I could push it open easily. So I'm disappointed in the design of this one because it's not secure. 

The drive operated as expected. It handled downloading, uploading without any problems. There is no light indicating any connectivity with this one.

Good in a Pinch

You forgot to take it out of the box whenever I picked it up and now I have to bring it back in to get it taken off.
