This laptop runs super smooth. I was told there were a few scratches, but i didn't see any. Supprinsingly, these speakers are incredible considering it's just the built-in speaker. They upgraded my laptop to a 2 terabyte storage, all the ports are in perfect condition. The only thing i recommend is buying the attachment for the converter USB port in case you have a normal iphone charger and want to charge your phone. overall I Love It So Much! Thank You! Total bang for the buck.

I was a little worried as it being refurbished and me never buying one before but I absolutely love it and it came in good packing without a scratch and runs super smooth

The computer came pretty quick. I liked that a long charger was included.

Came perfectly seller packed it neatly and securely no issues so far from what I can tell and no scuffs on outer shell

This MacBook is really good! It's huge and kinda heavy but I love it! A few cosmetic issues but that's all

Poorly packaged for shipping, Laptop has some scratches ontop,  screen had smudges on edge  and was dirty. saw minor flaws with keyboard letters my second time having issues with 3rd party purchase and it will be my last. Love screen size and voice command for siri

Be cautious of 3rd party purchases

I bought this computer to help me for an exam at school. I didn't want to spend to much money on a new computer so I purchased this one. Sadly, the following series of events happened back to back:
- The computer came uncharged, but when I plugged in the charger, it started making this horrendous high pitched sound that never stopped till I disconnected the charger from the wall.
- When the computer turned on, I was asked to put in my Apple iCloud information. I put in my information and then there was a glitch on the computer that was not letting me move on. I decided to restart the iCloud log in process, but when I typed in my same information again, it told me it was incorrect. I still don't know why that was happening, but somehow I was able to sign in (with the password that I was being told was incorrect.) 
- After I was able to finally get into my computer, I was told I needed a new update, when I went to set it up, it said that my computer was going to restart. However, my computer was not allowing me to shut it down because my settings app was not allowing itself to close down. It kept on saying that it was “busy” and was still “logging into my Apple ID.” I waited hours to see if maybe then it would be complete and I could get my update. But it didn't. Therefore I'm stuck on the settings app since I can't close it for the update that I need to get. 

Overall, please consider looking at other options before buying this computer.

The device have marks and scratches on it and that was not in the description on the list and I reach out to the company and no response on my issue and the device was dirty

The laptop came in to day powered and and had the charger on the screen came on and off and came back in it took forever to reboot. The keyboard wouldn't work and the laptop had more scratches
