Is it really Windows loaded and running on this or is it Apple OS? What year is this?

Charger

I don't know anything about Mac's but my son desperately wanted one. He loves it!  We have had it for quite some time now (almost a year) with no issues whatsoever!  If your looking for a nice little workhorse...this is it.

Great buy!

i had to set up the laptop, which was okay. it was a hit and miss with no instructions. i had to wait an extra week to begin setting it up because the power supply was not shipped with the computer. with it being a macbook pro, i assume it had the newest operating system software,  but alas i was wrong. now I'm going to have to purchase the newest OS Software to be able to install the office software i need. so, the price i paid for the unit does not reflect what it is going to cost me for the up to date software that i need. i should have just bought a reconditioned windows laptop and then the software that i have could have been used. my bad, next time I'll do a little more research

MacBook Pro

Everything came quickly and in the condition I expected, when I ordered it.

Computer seems to be in great shape. But it did not come with the charger. That's kind of important.

No charger

The whole computer was all in Spanish when I turned it on, had to go through the whole process until I got to the Home Screen to change the language to English. Also top of the computer has a big scratch on it. Otherwise it works just fine.

I feel like I've been tricked into buying this MacBook from the very first day I've received the computer it was running hot quickly from the beginning couldn't even use it for a hour without burning my legs up literally but it runs nicely no interruptions but the heat is so intense it's just getting worse buying cooling pads doesn't help eventually I guess the heat fried the charger now it doesn't charge haven't tried buying a new charger yet

Not satisfied

The ram was really low but that was to be expected because I read the specs. I upgraded that myself Which was pretty easy. But was surprised me was the battery was more worn out than expected. Off a full charge I can only use it for about an hour maybe two tops. Being refurbished item you think they check the longevity of the battery itself but that this was not the case.

MacBook Pro refurbished

I fully expected some surface scratches and dents, this was so ridiculously bent it wouldn't even shut properly. There were major dents that were just not acceptable even for refurbished. However, I will say they made the refund super easy. It's possible this isn't their usual quality, if that's the case, it's good to know that they offered a no hassle return.

Not what I expected

I will never buy refurbished again.  The product didn't work

Terrible purchase. Probs the worse order I've ever had. The laptop was broken, dirty and just an awful mess.
