This iPad is locked I need the owners  apple user name and password to unlock it

The scratches are bad, but not the worst thing. The dents are very bad. This is supposed to be refurbished, meaning it should be like new and has a warranty. Instead, it&#39;s used and there&#39;s an as is sticker.

Well, first at all, this is tablet not a phone. I think you are confuse with some of the tablet out there that has dual functions, tablet and phone combination. 
To answer your questions, No it is not unlock because it is not a phone. 
To me , unlock means you can switch different carriers, such as from AT&amp;T, to Sprint, Verizonwireless. 
With the lock phone, you are stuck with one carrier only. 
Since it is not a phone, your question was irrelevant 
If this is IPHONE, then you can buy a lock or unlock IPHONE.

this was not want I thought it would be? all  Scratched up the screen's got marks on it....will never buy any from here. Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID.

It would have been nice to know that it's so old you can't even download anything up to date on it. Even my 4 year old was upset he couldn't get YouTube kids or his kid games on it.

Heads up

I think that it should be stated even though it is refurbished that you will not be able to update the software to the latest version at all. I ordered it, received it and went to update the software and download what I needed for classes only to get message saying unable to update software to latest version, unable to use Apple ID, unable to download.

I bought this for my 7 year old. Thought it would aide her academically ,YouTube, Roblox, Wasn't able to download anything especially educational games for her totally a waist of time

I disliked my purchase due to not being able to download certain apps.  The version is outdated for the compatability of most apps that are available.
