This is a really nice tea pot.  I love the design and style.  The whistle is loud enough so that I can hear it from any room in the house but it's not extra loud.
I would recommend this to anyone.

This tea kettle is perfect!  I boil water all the time.  I had to replace my previous tea kettle due to fading of the color.  It is the correct size for my kitchen and looks adorable on my stove!

excellent value. love that is made of stainless steel. the last kettle I bought started rusting  with the first use. This kettle is truly stainless steel and is a very sturdy construction as well.

It is very light and you can carry a ton of water on it! The whistling feature is very nice when you are in another room and need to know when your water already has been boiled. The "Cool Grip" handle makes it so you don't need cloth or oven gloves to pick up the kettle. Very nice.
