I bought this to replace thr one I had. I had used my old one so much from Paula Deen that it was chipped in places. It started to make food stick so I bought this one so I could throw that one out. It works well and matches the rest of my cookware. I replaced my whole set of cookware with pioneer woman because after 10 years my paula deen was pretty bad. These are all lovely and good cookware.

I loved how big it was and it really does something different pasta unlike smaller regular pots. The pasta gets bathed in water and cooked better all the way around. The pot itself is lightweight and durable. I have dropped it and the enamel did not crack. Seasoning it is easy and you must season it or food will stick.

Glorious Pot

The one and only thing negative I have to say , boiled chicken in it and some chicken residue stuck to the bottom. Had to gently scrub it out the last thing I thought I would have to do

Stock pot

The pot is very pretty as a display piece. I used it for the first time today to make stew and the enamel on the bottom of the pot melted and adhered to the glass cooktop on my stove. I turned off the heat (which had only been on medium high) and let the pot cool so it would hopefully become unstuck to my stove. It ended up popping as it did so and breaking my cooktop. This has definitely turned out to be the most expensive soup I've ever made.

Pretty to look at but not to use

I needed an enamel coated stock pot and have been wanting this one. this pot has the enamel coating bumped off or something. The box was not damaged so it couldve just been packaged this way.
