Aloe arborescens, commonly know as Fire Bush Aloe has large, shrub sized Aloe explodes in walls of fiery red-orange flower spikes in late winter. Leaves are strap-like and recurved with soft, user-friendly “teeth,” grey-green in color. Very water-wise when established but tolerates regular garden watering. Full sun to part shade. Mature plants can reach sizes up to 5 or 6 feet tall and to 10-15 feet wide. Very salt-spray resistant.
